I would adjust the irises a bit. Either the left more to the left or right to the right, leaving a little white left of the right iris. (I do like the sideways glance)
I’d change the background colour and add some shadow to the hair. (For more depth)
Background colour, maybe a green’ish grey or a gray’ish green (or just a more offset white instead of this bright)
