Labour can get paid more than most of the white collar workers. The thing is, it can only get you so far, when you start to get old and sturdy, you will be a piece that can easily be replaced by young and strong people. On the other hand, the more you work as a white collar, the more value you have on paper, for companies.

I hate when me and my coworkers have nothing to do and then i see people working their ass off at restraunts earning less while having to go through a lot more stress.
