I have to say I really loved “So I’m a spider now so what?” but when they got the human form I was a little bit sad.

I kinda enjoyed the arch where she was kinda weak af later in the book and that she kept her spider tendencies more or less.

Though I dunno how I felt about the ending though. Near the end I was kinda like, yeah I dunno this doesn’t really make a ton of sense.

The whole souls thing and the energy stuff with the angle an what not. It got complicated really fast.

it’s called “So i’m spider now so what?” it should BE about a spider not a human or human/spider fusion.

But to be fair, unlike a lot of these other monster main characters that end up turning human stories.

In the manga it at least took a while. most other stories just turn them human within a few or less chapters.

  3. It’s an isekai, every powerful monster has a 8-18yo human girl form. But I get it.

I wanted better animation and a single story with mystery and unanswered questions. The anime really ruined the experience of reading the manga’s story with the other classmate’s story, knowing exactly where she’ll end up, who she’ll meet/team up with, and what powers and weapons she’ll have. It’s been 4 years and the manga still hasn’t caught up to where the anime jumped ahead and spoiled the progression.
